• when you choose any of our website template for your business during subscription period, a non-exclusive license is applied. The non-exclusive license means that other customers might also license the same item from us and use it during their subscription period;

• we don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications;

• if you do not renew the subscription, your subscription will be suspended until your payment is received by us. When your Subscription is suspended your rights stated under these terms are also suspended;

• you can't claim the right to copyright, intellectual property, trademark or ownership to the website, content, stock photos or products or services included in the subscription, modified or unmodified. The sole right on all the items within the subscription belongs to us;

• the content is placed on the websites provided by us as a part of the subscription. We are not responsible for and assume no liability for any mistakes, errors, omissions, misstatements of law, defamation, falsehood, obscenity or profanity in the statements, opinions, representations or any other form of content on the websites.

3. Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if you request cancellation within 30 days from the date of payment. However, if the work has commenced at our end for delivering you a product / service in that case refund will not be possible at any point of time.
